Here's a brief summary of what i have been learning in school (: Shall let the pictures do the talking instead! Enjoy :D
Did mocktail for one of the lessons & it was pretty fun! This is my 2nd time preparing mocktail. The first time was a disaster. The above pic are mocktails prepared by my class.

Look like drain/feaces colour right?? Nobody, including my chef dared to drink my mocktail lo.
Final product on the 4th attempt (: Thank God my chef said it taste & looks better compared to the rest. LOL.

We also learn how to decant Red wine. Pretty interesting as i hv never seen it before & now i get to do it! (Decant- The removal of dead cell yeast in the wine)
