I've started my first day At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy last Tuesday. So far, everything's been going pretty smoothly. No practical yet. Lots of theory & upcoming exams. In fact, i have one today. In just 3 days i'm already piled with assignments. It's a MUST to pass lest i'll be kicked out or to retake the whole subject ): It's very pressurizing.
