La marelle cafe

La Marelle Cafe
25A Baghdad Street
Tel: 81387654

Breakfast chipolata set- $14.90
Stuffed italian croissant-$12.90

There's a sausage, scrambled eggs, mustard sauce & tomatoes in the croissant. We loved this dish so much! The flavours from this stuffed croissant was brilliantly yummy! The mustard sauce (sorry i can't rmbr if it was honey mustard i just rmbr it has something mustard in it. Lol.) really complimented the whole dish.

Tbh, i have never been a fan of cafes who are halal certified. Not because there is no pork in it, but because to me, the halal western food that i've been to at most cafes often disappoints. So when R & i had brunch at La Marelle, we were gng only cause i wanted to see the interior of the cafe. I've seen beautiful pictures of it & always felt that it is such a quirky little cafe. We had no high expectations on how great the food will taste. In fact, we had NO expectation at all.

We ordered our dishes & when i cut some croissant & put it into my mouth, my eyes went real big & i immediately exclaimed to R in shock "OMG! The croissant is not hard at all! It's crispy & super nice! The eggs are runny & not dry! Omg this is so delicious!" I kid not. Our 2 dishes- Stuffed Italian Croissant & Breakfast chipolata set, was amazeballzzzz!

I strongly urge u guys to give La Marelle cafe a visit! It's a very happy little cafe w good food! Prices are affordable. Very worth the price trust me! (:
