Make the impossible, possible.
Faith is all you need.
Had dinner at Cocotte with my mum & Uncle last Friday. Cocotte means 'Small Pot'. It's a French restaurant. The Chef happens to be my Uncle's nephew & they were having a trial run before their official opening so we were invited to try the food! The verdict? Awesomely delicious ttm! I would def go back. It is located at Upper Dickson Rd, opp Hotel 81. It is a hotel restaurant. The decoration of the plc was very French of course, & had a homey touch to it (: Do visit tt plc if you hv the time. But go in groups. Cause it's meant to cater for large group of ppl. Though it may be on the high end, it's def worth your money!! The service is also good! Very friendly & quick to respond (:
P.S. Will be updating on the NIGHT FESTIVAL soon! It was SUPER fun ttm!!!!! :DDDDD
The restaurant menu. Really old school. Haha. Very interesting way of displaying the menu on a clipboard.
The elevator shaft. So cool right.
Great plc to chill for drinks. They even had a barber chair. Really unusual which is what makes it unique.
The bread is so crispy & was baked fresh from the oven. Really good!!
Starter- Escargot with basil paste & tomato sauce on a choux pastry puff. (DELICIOUS)
Fruit Salad with Blue Cheese
Cauliflower soup (YUMMY)
Main Course- Chicken with Potatoes, French Fries & Long Beans. (YUMMY)
Main Course- Steak TarTar mixed with steak sauce, Dijon Mustard, Chives, Onion & Egg Yolk! (MY FAV!!! It taste abit like sashimi ^^ Raw beef.)
The toothpick glass holder is slanting. So cute. Plus i adore the cubes of sugar in a jar. Not many restaurants i knw of have such a unique concept.
