Learning how to do 'Plating' today. It was pretty interesting yet involves lots of creativity. Plating= To present a dish tt is both appealing & appetizing. The above is everyone's plating.

The one thing i like abt this kitchen is tt there's a mirror located on the top where i can be far behind & yet be able to see whatever the chef is doing. Cool right??

Last week was my class's first presentation. Me & 4 other friends presented in front of everyone including the CEO & Staff of At-Sunrice. It was pretty nerve wrecking.
Every week, there will be a presentation during lunch to showcase what the students hv learnt on tt day & in our presentation skills too.

I got to decorate the table for presentation as i was the Sous Chef(Something like monitor) tt day tgth with the Sanitarian.
