Work it.

I have been working out quite a lot lately as i have more time on my hand since i'm currently unemployed. Never thought i'd say this but i actually work out to feel better. Been having trouble sleeping & i've got so much thoughts gg on its taking a toll on me. So i run to take my mind of stuff & surprisingly, it helps. It's gna get better, it will.
