There's always an expiry date to certain things.
The question is, "When?".
Here's a super outdated post on the renovation of my house. Sad to say, it is still not completely done! But, at least 90% of the renovations are done! So.. Here are some pictures showing the Before & After (:

My mum's toilet. If you see clearly, the cupboards were pretty much screwed. Wood all coming out & all.
