Went to a new cafe for dinner located at Bukit Timah, called 'The Tea Party'! A pretty small cafe which has 2 levels to accomodate more people. My dinner there was a pleasant one! R was pleased w the food served & so was i (: Tbh, i wasn't expecting much from this cafe but they blew me away. Their Al Funghi pasta was cooked perfectly tt i cld taste the herbs added into the pasta & portion wise.. It was just nice! (: Nt too much, nt too little- Perfect (: My mains came w a soup & drink for $8.50! SUPER WORTH IT! The French Onion soup was so delicious R & i wanted more! (: Ntm, their Sinful indugence cake was simply delish! (:

1. This are pancakes i did w the breakfast chef at work! Haha we were js having fun in the morn. Def did nt serve this.

2. Banana crumble pancake. Guest staying at Wanderlust hotel wld be delighted to hv this for their breakfast. Looks & taste so awesome!

3. Swedish choc pancakes at Fika.

Supper.

Had supper w my dad the other night & he brought me to a place at Bugis called 'Ah Chew Desserts'! It's a Chinese shop tt sells various kind of hot & cold Chinese desserts! It's not rly cheap for a small bowl but i wld say it's worth ur money cause their desserts taste rly fresh & yummy! (:

Left: Aloe vera & strawberry bits cold dessert. (Super refreshing cold dessert for a hot weather!)
Right: Black sesame paste w Glutinous rice ball.( The sesame paste was super smooth & was nt too sweet. Also, the rice balls were chewy & size was relatively okay.)

River island Tribal printed dress

It's the Great Singapore Sales (GSS) & so far, i hv nt bought anything yet or let alone, roam ard the shopping areas much. Only been to Orchard & it was a quick browse.
Anw, we came across River Island & i fell in love w a extremely gorgeous brightly coloured tribal printed bodycon dress! Ima sucker for such prints & sadly, it wasn't up for sale ): I was so tempted to buy it! Thinking back, i now regret nt purchasing it when i had the chance to. Sigh.

IT'S SUCHA PREDDDYYY DRESS RIGHT?! It cost $73 or $75 i think. Can't rmbr which. 

Floral Pinafore

Recently i purchased 2 items from Ohsofickle online & i wore one of em the other day. It's a Black Floral Pinafore tt is designed in a way tt the skirt flares out. Tbh, i am nt liking the material of the dress at all! It's so hard & kinda huge for me. The top part keeps puffing up which makes it look weird. Plus it's super loose on the top. From the pics as seen on the model on their site, looked like it fitted her nicely. Unfortunately for me, it was loose ):

Oh wells. It is a pretty piece to look at.. But sadly wearing it wasn't v pleasurable. Hopefully a few more washes wld soften the dress. Rly hate tt it's so hard!

Rus's 22nd!

Celebrated Russell's birthday at P.S. cafe w beloved on a Monday night few days ago! Baked a pandan cake for him! Yes, i know why Pandan cake?! I asked him what cake he likes & he replied 'Pandan cake'. I was like 'Huh? Srsly?!' LOL. So yes, i baked Pandan cake as i h alr blogged abt in my previous post w the help of R & his mom's recipe (:

I tweaked it a lil cause all Pandan cakes are plain looking & Green. Nt exactly a very presentable birthday cake. Hahaha. So i js added pop-ups tt i drew/cut out from a magazine! (:







We were playing w an app called 'Gifboom'! Hehe.

Truffle fries w shaved cheese!
This is a MUST-TRY at P.S cafe! Taste so yummehh!

Chicken Penne.
Was pretty good. Worth your money.

P.S. Bolognese.
Was quite disappointing. Did'nt rly like the taste.

BBQ Ribs.
Wasn't tt bad. Quite nice actually! Portion was just nice too.

Even beloved & Rus said the ice cream was yummy!! They loved it in fact! So hurry visit Scoops & Slices at Novena Goldhill centre if u havent!!
