- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 5 slicesCrust-on white bread
- 1/2 Cup golden raisins (Optional)
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
- 2 Egg yolks
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Shred bread into pieces(not too small), placing it into a deep round baking tray.
- Whisk the egg yolks, sugar & cinnamon tgth. Add the milk & cream & cont whisking.
- Pour the milk mixture onto the bread. (Ensure milk covers the bread surface.)
- Sprinkle raisins on top of bread & bake at 170C for 30mins or less, or once it browns.
- Served warm. (Taste great when eaten w Ice cream/Vanilla sauce!)
This recipe takes abt 40 mins to prepare & cook! It's real easy & taste awesome! (:
