Bread & Butter Pudding Recipe!

  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 5 slicesCrust-on white bread
  • 1/2 Cup golden raisins (Optional)
  • 1 1/2 Cups milk
  • 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 Egg yolks
  1. Preheat oven to 170C.
  2. Shred bread into pieces(not too small), placing it into a deep round baking tray.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar & cinnamon tgth. Add the milk & cream & cont whisking.
  4. Pour the milk mixture onto the bread. (Ensure milk covers the bread surface.)
  5. Sprinkle raisins on top of bread & bake at 170C for 30mins or less, or once it browns.
  6. Served warm. (Taste great when eaten w Ice cream/Vanilla sauce!)
This recipe takes abt 40 mins to prepare & cook! It's real easy & taste awesome! (:
